Immediately after the ceremony. Our wonderful friends and family pitched in and waded into the Tent to retrieve the tables and move them to higher ground. The chairs were rearranged and Mike and Crystal Gillich’s Paradise Bar and Grill was open. Eddie served a wonderful Moho Pig, Fried Plantains, Piccadillo, Black beans, rice, & Fresh Fruit along with Beer, Wine, Sodas, and plenty of Painkillers, a wonderful concoction of Pinapple & Orange Juice along with Coco Lopez and Rum topped with Nutmeg. The D.J. Cranked up the music and the Tarps came down as the dancing began. In the distance the peaks were covered in white and everyone had a wonderful time as the horses in the field looked on in amazement.
